Also, here I am in the waiting room to tape a segment on The Talk. I was interviewed by Marion Brooks who was really kind and funny. Smart cookie. Oh - and she's one of the most stunningly beautiful women I've ever seen in person. It'll air on NBC Chicago this Sunday before the Today Show.And here's a new article in ForbesWoman.com. I'm a really big fan of this magazine. It's a newer publication and is really smart.
I'm SO excited as I'm getting ready to launch my next project. Can't wait to tell you all about it!

I just watched you on Joy Behar. You did a great job!
There is one issue I have with Oprah. I think all of her focus on weight has only made people more weight conscious and it has contributed to more eating disorders.
I wish she would just accept herself like she says she does no matter what size she is and stop with all the weight loss shows and related topics. There is nothing new under the sun about losing weight.
She promotes lookism quite abit.
Having said all of that, I have watched her for years and have learned a great deal. Even did a 5k walk with her during her Moving with Oprah themed shows.
Oooh...that was tough. Hard to keep up with Joy. I was going to start sweating I think!

I love Joy and I loved you on the show. Good job! That show is so fast-paced but you held your own. I love the whole idea of examining this "best life" culture. I think it's important that you didn't just criticize Oprah or advice, but also admitted how much we crave it, and important step I guess before we could understand why. Thanks!

I almost missed it! I forgot to check to see who was on last night and was watching HLN in bed. I was just about to fall asleep when Joy came on and announced that you were one of her guests! I struggled to stay awake and saw you!! My only problem is that we never get the last 5 minutes of the show. Our cable network cuts to local headlines so whenever she says, "we'll be right back with ________" I never see it! I wish she would have less guests and spend more time with each one. You did great. Wish she would have cut out that Charlie Murphy (who I never heard of but assume is Eddie Murphy's son). I couldn't understand a word he said! I'm going to try to find that last five minutes on youtube.
