Hey guys, it's been ages and ages since I've blogged, I know. I'll be getting back to it soon. The great news is that the book is basically done -- my publisher has it now. There is still copy editing to deal with, cover art decisions to make, that sort of thing. Very exciting stuff for me.
I think I'll start blogging formally again once the new shows start. I haven't been watching the show too much because of I've been working so much on the book. I actually tried to turn Oprah on this week but was faced with "Dr. Oz investigates the flesh eating bacteria." That was hard enough to see the first time around, I just couldn't handle the rerun.
I miss everyone and am looking forward to getting back in the saddle. Thanks for the "go get 'em tiger" emails and all the support. I hope I make you proud with the book. I thought of y'all so often while I was writing.

Yay! I'm glad you finished your book! The show has been all reruns for such a long time, even I've been skipping Oprah daily.
It's so nice to see you here again (though facebook is fun too). Can't wait to hear your thoughts on the new season when we get there--and I will be fascinated to hear your thoughts when it's not a "required" activity!

I would like to say that I just saw an interesting news show expressing all that you have been doing and it has caused me to think about my humble endeavors in a different way. I am going to pursue these visionary new ways for marketing myself and my product which is my music. I am a composer for film and tv as well as a professional musician. I am pretty excited about the new season. Have you seen the ads for the premiere show...very dramatic..."the" interview of comeback interviews...Whitney Houston. Oprah will ask all the big questions. Know it!
